109 SelfWork: A First Step In Creating More Perspective on Your Life — Using A Timeline
Today we’re talking about the development of perspective on your life. Of course there are many ways to do that – but a helpful tool is a timeline. What’s a timeline? It’s a tool you can use to see how events in your life are connected – what led to what… and it can help you think a bit more objectively about yourself and see how your present perspective may have been affected by your past. And I’ll offer some examples of how a timeline can reveal important dynamics and influences in yor life.
The listener email for today is about a common problem. It’s from a mom and wife who’s gotten lost caring for her children and has grown detached from her husband.
