We’ll identify the difference between comfort eating and binge eating… and we’ll discuss the fairly new field of food addiction. I’ve had several gastric-bypass recipients as patients, and have watched them, as they lost hundreds of pounds, have to deal with their powerful emotional connection to certain foods. I’ll give you some suggestions – but overall, seeking out the advice of a nutritionist is something I’d highly recommend. The two of you can come up with an eating plan that fits your lifestyle and needs.
