The Mighty is a terrific website that offers a place for everyone who struggles with a physical or mental illness, no matter how rare or chronic, to share their experience. You don’t just read information. You can hear a very personal story that helps you better understand someone you love who’s suffering, or gives you support and encouragement for coping with your own illness.
Today we’re interviewing the mental health editor of The Mighty, Sarah Schuster, who not only shares her personal journey with anxiety, but how she’s found healing through writing and producing others’ work on Mental Health on The Mighty.

But the many self-help techniques described can be used by everyone who chooses to begin to address emotions long hidden away that are clouding and sabotaging your current life.
