085 SelfWork: Six Hurdles to Confronting Perfectionism and Perfectly Hidden Depression
Perfectionism is one of the chief traits of Perfectly Hidden Depression. We’re going to be talking about confronting perfectionism – the first thing is to realize you’re not going to do it perfectly. I’ll share other important hurdles to recognize as you begin the difficult task of undoing a perfectionistic streak in yourself that only adds intense pressure to your life and can rob you of joy and fulfillment.
Dr. Margaret’s listener email in this episode is a question about being promiscuous both as a teen and as a married adult. I may not have had answers but certainly some thoughts for her to consider.
